How to ask us to delete your data
Send an email to almeli.labs@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +62 851-1030-0113. Write "Data deletion request" and tell us:
- your name and the email or phone number you used,
- which product it concerns (account, Melichat, Melidoc, Melibrain, Melikas or Poseli),
- and, for Meta channels, the business or page you wrote to.
We may ask you to confirm who you are before we delete anything.
If you signed in or chatted through Facebook or Instagram
You can remove the app yourself: open Facebook Settings, go to Apps and Websites, find the Almeli app and remove it. Facebook then sends us a deletion request automatically. You get a confirmation code, and you can use it below to check the status.
What we delete and what we keep
- We delete the personal data connected to your request, including Meta messages and profile ids held in Melichat, and the accounts and tokens connected to Poseli.
- Invoices and tax records stay as long as Indonesian tax law requires.
- If you are a customer of a business, the business decides about its own records. We help the business act on your request.
A business that disconnects a channel in Melichat also has the data from that channel deleted. A business that removes an account in Poseli has that account's tokens deleted.
